I am Italian married to an Israeli. We have a one year old baby and are living in Rome. We arrived to Israel for a family visit' but my wife refuses to return to Rome, with our baby, because of Covid19 and anti-Semitism. What can I do against it?

You should file Hague Convention legal proceedings, at the Family Court in Israel, and ask for a return order regarding your minor son, to Italy. Your wife is not allowed to change the habitual residence of your child, unilaterally, without and against your consent. Leaving your baby in Israel beyond the period of the visit agreed upon, constitutes an unlawful "non return", i.e. a passive act of abduction of your baby.
