I divorced my husband with whom I have lived in Denmark. I came for a visit with our 14 year old daughter, to Israel, and she does not want to return to Denmark. Her father says he is going to sue me for abduction under the Hague, what can I do?

If your daughter’s true will is to stay in Israel, then her wish to stay and her unwillingness to return to Denmark (the center of her life) will be taken into consideration by the Court in Israel, in view of her age (14) and there is a chance that the Court will not order her return to Denmark.
