We live in Sweden. My ex husband who is our minor daughter's custodian has taken her to Israel and refuses to return her to Sweden. He claims I agreed to this move which is a lie. I filed a Hague plea against him for the return of our abducted daughter. How may I raise the chances of my plea to return my child, to Sweden, to succeed?

You should gather clear evidence (such as correspondence) that shows that there was no initial agreement on your part, to the move to Israel, before it came about, and also evidence that demonstrates that you never agreed afterwards for your daughter to stay in Israel.
