When filing a Hague convention plea is it possible to ask for the immediate return of an abducted child without having to deal with social workers and experts and without costs and waste of time involved?

Although Courts have discretion to order an immediate return without resorting to a social worker/expert opinion they generally take precautions when addressing Hague cases and tend to appoint social workers and even an expert to advise them.
